Three enthusiastic Hungarians opened this accommodation in 2006. The name of the hostel reflects to the concept defined by the developers that they tried to use natural, reused and renovated furniture, material and decor in the hostel as much as possible. They dreamed a cozy and home alike atmosphere and finally they made it come true.
Location: the World Heritage Site Andrássy Avenue is just next-door, all important sights of Budapest can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. The train connecting the city with the Liszt Ferenc Airport arrives to Nyugati Railway Station, which is located 5-minute walk from the hostel.
Rooms: 22 beds in three dorms and two double rooms, a comfortable common room, a full kitchen and three bathrooms.
Facilities and services: the reception is open 24/7, free, unlimited internet & Wi-Fi, free printing, lockers, lockable rooms, free linen and towels, laundry service, free iron, hairdryer, free earplugs, home-made board games, sheesha pipe, guitar, cooking facilities, free tea & coffee, free dinner every other Tuesday and surprise events (wine or palinka tasting or cookies) each week.
The staff also organizes cooking lessons and pub-crawls for the guests.
