The renewed Budai Parkszinpad was chosen as one of the best terraces of the year in the Terrace 2016 competition of Budapest. The Budapest Garden Rooms and Catering Terrace Competition was announced for the third time by the capital. Participants could sign up in three categories – terrace, garden and pop-ups.

The classical predecessor of Parkszinpad, the formerly 2200-seated auditorium and leisure center opened its gates in 1958. In 2005, partly because of the noise that disturbed the residents of the area and partly because of its life-threatening conditions, the auditorium was shut down. The new Budai Parkszinpad was opened in test run on June 1, 2015 in the vicinity of the Kosztolányi Dezső Square and the Feneketlen Lake.

The bar offers a real summer atmosphere with comfortable chairs, shades and refreshing cocktails. In addition, try its kitchen if you are hungry, you won’t be disappointed!

It is open from April to October daily from noon to midnight, but only in good weather!

Entrance is free of charge.
